After discussing your client's needs with you, we will contact your client at an appropriate time.
We will notify you as soon as we speak with your client and keep you updated on all correspondence
On lot sales, we will pay you 3% at closing
For all home or condominium sales, we will pay you 1% at contract and 2% at closing
